Dr. Joyce Au, the senior audiologist of Hearing Tune Professional Services Ltd., is committed to provide high quality professional hearing services to customers. Dr. Au used to work closely with Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) doctors before; and she has extensive clinical experience in performing hearing assessments to all age groups. In addition, Dr. Au also has extensive experience in fitting major international hearing aid brands: and her hearing aid fitting techniques are well recognized by clients.

Dr. Au believes continual education is crucial for a professional to strengthen and update professional knowledge. Dr. Au is actively involved in professional seminars and training courses in the relevant fields. Dr. Au also has successfully completed a training course in England with regard to the latest and most efficient treatment method for tinnitus. Dr. Au is the first clinical audiologist in Hong Kong being recognized by the Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Centre , London, UK to perform Tinnitus Retraining Therapy. As there are many people in Hong Kong currently suffering from tinnitus, Dr. Au is confident that she can help tinnitus sufferers by using Tinnitus Retraining Therapy to enhance the quality of their lives.
