Miss Joyce W.Y. Au, the senior
audiologist of Hearing Tune Professional Services Ltd., is
committed to provide high quality professional hearing services
to customers. Joyce used to work closely with Ear, Nose and
Throat (ENT) doctors before; and she has extensive clinical
experience in performing hearing assessments to all age groups.
In addition, Joyce also has extensive experience in fitting
major international hearing aid brands: and her hearing aid
fitting techniques are well recognized by clients.
Joyce believes continual education
is crucial for a professional to strengthen and update professional
knowledge. She is actively involved in professional seminars
and training courses in the relevant fields. She also has
successfully completed a training course in England with regard
to the latest and most efficient treatment method for tinnitus.
Joyce is the first clinical audiologist in Hong Kong being
recognized by the Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Centre , London,
UK to perform Tinnitus Retraining Therapy. As there are many
people in Hong Kong currently suffering from tinnitus, Joyce
is confident that she can help tinnitus sufferers by using
Tinnitus Retraining Therapy to enhance their quality of lives.
