How can I clean my earwax?
  
Our professional advice will be leaving the ears alone and do not clean them with sharp objects or cotton buds. Chewing and jaw movements will help to move the earwax out bit by bit from the ear canals with time
   
 
How can I protect my hearing?

Do not use sharp objects or cotton buds to clean ear canals.

Use tailor-made earplugs while swimming.

Do not expose to the sources of loud noise, e.g. toys making loud sounds, listening loud music via earphones and rock concerts.

How is noise-induced hearing loss caused?

Exposure to a 90 dB sound for 8 hours, 95 dB sound for 4 hours or 100 dB sound for 2 hours will permanently damage hearing See Degree of hearing loss
